In Vancouver, we specialize in low-carbon, high-performance projects that deliver deep social value, from Passive House schools and modular supportive housing buildings to large scale and complex public infrastructure. Most of our clients are public-sector institutions dedicated to equity, sustainability, and long-term impact.

We are growing to meet a strong pipeline of public interest projects, and are looking for an Intermediate Architect to join our team immediately.

What you will bring

Must-haves:

  • Registered Architect (or eligible for registration) with the AIBC

  • Advanced Revit skills and experience producing coordinated drawing sets

  • Strong detailing ability and a passion for smart, elegant construction

  • Interest in Passive House, net-zero, or high-performance building

  • A collaborative, low-ego mindset and strong communication skills. We value the power of teams.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, or PHPP

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Interest in mentoring junior staff and sharing technical knowledge

Wage

$80,000 to $90,000
